Comet C/2001 Q4 NEAT
Comet-Q4.jpg (13417 bytes) This was my first attempt of taken an CCD image of a comet.  This is comet C/2001 Q4 NEAT taken with my LX-200 8" telescope, SBIG ST-7XE with AO-7.  This is a 15 second exposure stacked in MaxIm DL and some processing in Photoshop.  It was interesting processing these images due to the fact the comet was moving.
