SATURN WITH THE PHILIP TOUCAM 840

NEWEST:  Well I turned to Satrun and took this 79 second video and processed it in Registax with some processing in MaxIm DL and Photoshop.  Again taken at the Rafter M Ranch on 04/16/2004

NEWEST:  This was my frist attempt at  videoing Saturn. This was 120 seconds with the same processing.  As you can see the seeing wasn't very good at this time.

Saturn_90secfirst_2x5barlow.jpg (2617 bytes) Newest cropped:  This was my first attempt with my LX-200 telescope 8", 2 X 5 Powermate, and ToUcam 840 webcam.  I didn't have it quite focused on this one.  This is a 90 second video, with Registax doing most of the process, and tweaked in MaxIm DL and Photoshop.  
Saturn-90sec_2x5barlow_crop.jpg (2485 bytes) SECOND ATTEMPT:   This was the second attempt with the ToUcam 840 with more time spent on the fine focusing.  This is also a 90 second video.  The same processing was used as listed above.  Taken at the Rafter M Ranch
